Part of the magic of the flywheel is that it is not linear. There is no hierarchy. Every part moves within balance with the rest. So as you adapt this framework to your own organization, be sure to not focus only on one or two of the sections. It’s worth the time to think through all of them.
Be sure to “define success” for each of these areas in ways that can be measured (litmus tests) … and to identify the very next steps you must take to move toward these goals.
The Flywheel is an incredibly flexible tool that can be applied to any business, any project… at work, at home, or at play.
